To subscribe to the TexTalk Service you must be 16 years or older. |

To subscribe to TexTalk you must SMS the keyword which appears in the promotional advertisement to 1970 0140. This identifies you as female seeking male, male seeking female, female seeking female, or male seeking male. |

Using free messages you will then confirm your age and the age of the people you wish to chat with. |

A message will then invite you to reply with an introductory 'Hello' message which TexTalk will send to other compatible members. |
|
If you have confirmed that you are 16 years old or over, you will be sent a SMS billed at $3.50, unless you are female seeking a male in which case you can use TexTalk for free. |

Introductory ‘Hello' messages are checked prior to being sent to compatible members. Your contact details cannot be included in your ‘Hello' message. |

You will be billed $3.50 for each 5 messages that you send and receive from TexTalk members. Our introductory offer entitles you to send and receive 10 messages from TexTalk members for the the first $3.50, unless you are female wishing to chat with males in which case there is no charge. |

You will receive introductory ‘Hello' messages from other compatible members. You may also receive messages from other Textalk members in response to your ‘Hello' message. |

Messages from other members come from a mobile number which is not their own, but to which you can reply as normal. Your replies will be forwarded by TexTalk to the member. As messages come from a mobile number which is not that of the Textalk member, message exchange can remain anonymous. |

Messages sent to other members will be checked for bad or abusive language, racist or other threats, and gross sexual indecency. Messages that fail these tests will not be forwarded and the sender will be warned and barred from use of the service if this is repeated. |

After you have received 6 billed messages, Textalk will send a free message reiterating the service charges and inviting you to text MORE to 1970 0140 to continue chatting. |

You can cancel the service at any time by texting STOP to 1970 0140. You will no longer be able to send or receive messages via TexTalk once you have sent STOP and your age and ‘Hello' messages will not be stored. |

You can temporarily suspend receiving messages till the following day by texting SUSPEND to 1970 0140. Text MORE to 1970 0140 when you wish to receive messages again. |

If you organize a meeting with someone through TexTalk, please be sensible and take precautions. Tell someone where you are going and arrange to meet in a public venue. |
